Opal came to real estate after nearly 20 years with the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser's Office, where her career spanned technical valuation, management, community engagement, and administrative leadership. Combined with her earlier experience in fee appraisal, she brings more than 20 years of real estate valuation and property assessment experience to her work with Halvoron.

She reads a comparable sale the way an appraiser does, understands how property characteristics and improvements may affect value, and can identify appraisal and assessment issues worth considering before they become surprises. That experience also gives her unusual insight into property taxation and the fuller financial picture of ownership.

As Halvoron's lead agent, Opal works directly with clients and sets the standard for the agents coming up behind her, bringing her experience to buying, selling, and ownership decisions with an emphasis on information, context, and clear communication.

Jamie is the broker of record for Halvoron Realty, accountable for every file that moves through the firm. She sets the standards, reviews the contracts, handles compliance, and stays close enough to the work to catch problems while they are still small.

She is a military relocation professional, and that work shapes how the firm runs. She understands report dates, BAH, VA financing, and what it costs a family when a move goes sideways, so military relocation is a core part of what we do.

Jamie is licensed in multiple states, so families who leave the Tampa Bay area, or arrive from somewhere she already practices, do not have to start over with a stranger. She also represents the firm in the local conversations where affordable housing policy is decided.
